Supporting CCTV and IP
surveillance, KP-104 is a special keyboard / multiplexer for
SOHO and simple users.
The KP-104 has 4 inputs to adapt 4 cameras -- all inputs are the
RJ-45 jacks. Cameras are to be connected to and powered by
KP-104 via Cat-5 cables, the most simple way for
camera-controller wiring.
This device has joystick and preset buttons for AD camera
control. RS-485 signal for PT control is provided to each RJ-45
port, so when an AD camera is hooked to the keyboard, user may
do pan, tilt, preset set up and call to the AD camera. To
connect regular / fixed camera, an UTP device is requried (see
VT-100M and VT-200).
The KP-104 also has one RS-232 port for communicating with PC
for IP surveillance (see Beacon system).
It has two parallel video outputs with options of single /
sequential mode. Extra 4 video loop-out are available on back
panel to forward video signals to Quad or DVR. |
